We commit to providing excellent services to individuals and their families who are amidst the hardest challenges a person could face: the end of life. We, here in Smart Choice Hospice, Inc., all have been beside a loved one during their last moments in the world, and we, therefore, know how it feels to have somebody hold our hand and show how much they care for our families. We want our patients to have that feeling of being cared for holistically as they face that crucial situation. We want to be there for them, to fulfill their wants and needs, because each day in their life still counts, and so we’d give them a choice to live every day as complete as it could be.
